Biography

James is a Member of the Law Societies of British Columbia and Alberta and has over 25 years of experience at the practice of law. James' practice concentrates on commercial and creditors' rights litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency matters and commercial banking transactions. James has appeared at all levels of the Courts of British Columbia and Alberta and has lectured and delivered papers in his practice areas.
