Biography
Natalie articled with Emery Jamieson. Upon completion of her articles in 2005, she joined the firm as an Associate. Natalie is trained as a family mediator.
Natalie has been a researcher for the Canadian Forum on Civil Justice and has published works through the Forum.
While attending law school, Natalie volunteered for Student Legal Services in the Civil and Family Law office as well as with the Legal Education and Reform outreaches.She has also volunteered on the 2006 Law Day Committee where she created and acted in both English and French children's trials.
She is the 2004 recipient of the Honourable Mr. Justice Yaroslav Roslak Memorial Bursary, awarded on the basis of a demonstrated interest in the area of civil liberties. Natalie has an on-going interest and involvement in civil justice and human rights issues and awareness. She has investigated complaints for the Alberta Human Rights & Citizenship Commission.
Natalie speaks French fluently and is a board member of L' Association des Juristes de l'Expression Francaise de l'Alberta.
Natalie belongs to the Law Society of Alberta, and the Canadian Bar Association.
