Rex M. Nielsen, Q.C.

Biography

Rex has a wealth of experience in many areas of legal practice. He drafts sophisticated business purchase and sale transaction agreements and other contract agreements for Emery Jamieson LLP's business clients. He represents a number of national and local real estate owners and managers and carries out purchase and sale transactions and commercial leasing requirements on their behalf. His experience includes drafting large commercial lending agreements and security documentation. He incorporates and maintains corporate records for numerous Alberta and Federal corporations and prepares agreements and documents in all areas of corporate reorganization and restructuring. Rex is very involved with the trade associations for the areas of law he practices in, and brings a common sense approach to his legal work.

Rex enjoys volunteering his time to minor sports including hockey, basketball and baseball.
