Canadian Forum on Civil Justice
The Canadian Forum on Civil Justice was established as part of the recommendations of the 1996 Report of the Canadian Bar Association Task Force on the Systems of Civil Justice. It is an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to bringing together the public, the courts, the legal profession and the government in order to promote a civil justice system that is accessible, effective, fair and efficient. The Forum provides services in both of Canada's official languages.
