Ally is a litigation associate and has successfully represented clients in the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench, Provincial Court of Alberta, Alberta Labour Relations Board and the Alberta Human Rights Commission. He has experience assisting clients in many different areas of law, including administrative law, employment law, professional liability, civil claims, and tenancy disputes. 

In addition to representing parties in administrative proceedings, Ally is independent legal counsel to several administrative boards and tribunals. In this role, Ally provides advice to boards and tribunals and drafts administrative decisions and opinions on a weekly basis. 

During law school, Ally was involved in Student Legal Services, Pro Bono Students Canada and the Edmonton Community Legal Centre. In these roles, Ally acted as co-agent on a three day Alberta Human Rights Tribunal hearing which concluded with the written decision of Andric v 585105 Alberta Ltd. o/a Spasation Salon & Day Spa, 2015 AHRC 14. This decision obtained national media attention.
