Amy carries on a general practice with an emphasis on wills and estates matters, including estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation. Amy also has extensive experience in adult guardianship and trusteeship matters as part of her wills and estates practice. Amy's other areas of practice include employment law and administrative law, with a focus on disability and human rights matters. She has served as independent counsel to several administrative boards and tribunals.
Amy articled with the ARCH Disability Law Centre in Toronto, Ontario, where she was called to the bar before returning to Alberta in 2010. She has represented clients before all levels of Court in Alberta, as well as before provincial and federal administrative tribunals.
