Pascal maintains a broad practice focused on civil litigation, dispute resolution, and administrative law. He also enjoys assisting clients with their wills and estate planning needs.
Given his background in the sciences, Pascal is particularly interested in legal matters involving highly technical issues. Prior to going to law school, he spent three years working in analytical chemistry for a global chemical manufacturing company. He has also worked in agricultural research.
Pascal obtained his Juris Doctor from the
University of Alberta. In law school, he received several awards, including:
The Bereskin & Parr LLP Prize in Intellectual Property Law, Catherine
Miller Community Service Award, and the Hon. Lucien Dubuc Memorial Scholarship.
Pascal speaks fluent French and participated in the Laskin - a nationwide
bilingual administrative and constitutional law moot. He was part of the U of A
team which won 2nd place in the written advocacy portion of the competition.
